The Light Between Oceans

Last night (as post election therapy) I read and finished The Light Between Oceans by ML Stedman. Not going to lie, when I started it a couple weeks ago - I wasn't completely sold. It took a little while to get into it, but MAN, once the plot really picked up, I got completely hooked. 

Book Overview: 

AFTER FOUR HARROWING YEARS ON THE WESTERN Front, Tom Sherbourne returns to Australia and takes a job as the lighthouse keeper on Janus Rock, nearly half a day’s journey from the coast. To this isolated island, where the supply boat comes once a season, Tom brings a young, bold, and loving wife, Isabel. This book has it all. Romance, Suspense, Mystery, Drama and all sorts of Moral Dilemmas. Honestly every time I thought I had the storyline figured out there was some twist that had me going "wait what?!"Warning: the end is heart wrenching… I may have shed a few tears. 

I definitely think this is the kind of book I will read numerous times. I heard that it is also a movie and I am excited to make the comparison!
