Summer Vacation Planning!

So now that April is in full swing, it is officially time to start planning my summer travel! Last year I had 7 weddings and my sisters college graduation which involved tons of travel back north to New England. I was in Massachusetts every weekend of May and every weekend of August! **Phew** I remember wondering if I would be able to do it all! So much travel back and forth across the country! Well I did it and loved every minute of it! 

This coming summer my boyfriend and I have been invited to 5 weddings!! Two of the weddings are in July, one is in September and two are in October. For the first time, two of the weddings are on the same day!! Ahhh!! I still can’t believe that didn’t happen last year! 7 weddings - no overlap - crazy! 

All of the weddings this year involve travel – 3 in Massachusetts, 1 in Connecticut, and 1 in Michigan.   

  

I loveee traveling home for weddings! It is such a happy occasion! You get to see tons of family and friends, dancing, good food, you get to get all dressed up and overall they are just a blast!!

In addition to the wedding travel my boyfriend and I are thinking of taking a mini vacation to Chicago. On one hand he has never been and on the other you have me who went every summer consecutively four years in a row! It is my FAVORITE city in the US (with the exception of Boston) and I can't wait to show it off to him! We might try and tack it on to the week of the wedding that is in Michigan! 

Finally my college roommates from Freshmen year and I have been talking about getting together in Pennsylvania for a long weekend. The 4 of us live all over the US so it is a rare occasion we end up in the same place unless it is planned! This is still in the pending stages but I hope we are able to pull it off!
