Hi!

So let me officially introduce myself! My name is Nikole and yes you read that right… Nikole with a “K.” (My parents were going to name me LN… but pronounced Ellen… so I am super glad they changed their mind and just went with the non-conventional Nikole spelling!)

I was born and raised in the town of Worcester, Massachusetts. From 2013 to 2017 I lived in Louisiana (both in New Orleans and Baton Rouge). Though I loved the south for many different reasons, my heart always belonged to the wicked awesome, bubbler drinking, forgetting to pronounce their “R’s” Massachusetts residents.

 

And after a lot of time and thought my finace and I decided that Massachusetts was always our home and we moved back April 1st 2017. There and back again!

I have my Masters and Bachelor’s degrees in Biomedical Engineering and currently work in Medical Device Clinical Trials – both a challenging and rewarding career.

I have a fiance of 7 years who I love dearly! We met in college as undergrads and have been living together ever since we both relocated to Louisiana in 2013. He is my best friend and complete love.

 

On December 23, 2016 Ryan got down on one knee and proposed. I said Yes!! You can read our proposal story here. 

 

Though my boyfriend is my number 1 man… got to give a shoutout to my fur baby and fluffy bunny Willow. He is a 5 year old Lionhead bunny who is so full of affection and personality! He is my constant source of entertainment and is the biggest foodie I have ever met! One of the many reasons I started this blog was to have a shameless location to post my millions of pictures of him! Follow him on Instagram…. #LouisianaBunny

 

This blog is my attempt to document life more. As I hit my mid-20s I find that life is starting to speed up and I don’t want to miss any minute of it!
