Homemade Nutella Cake

Mmm Mmm Mmmmm! 

One of my friends came over last night (to test out her brand-spankin-new KitchenAid Mixer) and we decided to make Homemade Nutella Cake and Cupcakes! 

We combined two different recipes… 

First we started off with Mix and Match Mama's Nutella Cake recipe… 

We wanted it to be more homemade so we made some adjustments! We substituted the 1 box chocolate cake mix with the dry ingredients from Hershey's "Perfectly Chocolate" Chocolate Cake recipe…. 

Mix it all together and you got… 

Homemade Nutella Cake!! 

Ingredients: 

2 c. sugar

1 3/4 c. all purpose flour

3/4 c. cocoa

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 

1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 

1 tsp salt 

2 boxes of instant chocolate pudding 

1/2 c. vegetable oil 

1 c. milk

4 eggs

1 1/2 c. Nutella 

For Cupcakes: 350 degrees ~ 20-25min 

For Cake: 350 degrees ~ 30-40min

So moist and yummy!! Mmm!

Oh! And FYI we stuck with Mix and Match Mama's Nutella Frosting recipe:

Ingredients: 

4 c. powdered sugar

1/2 c. butter

3-4 splashes of milk
