Sweet Potato French Fries

Recently when having dinner at a friends house (girl - you get all the credit here), I discovered the amazing, easy to make and so so yummy Sweet Potato Fries! Annnd now I am basically hooked!

Ingredients
1 Medium sized Sweet Potato (serves 2)   …or…  1 Large sized Sweet Potato (serves 3-4)
(Or if you are my boyfriend and I… we eat 1 Large Sweet Potato in one sitting… telling you…  we are hooked!!)
1 Tbsp Vegetable or Olive Oil (whichever you happen to have)
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

AND THAT'S IT!

Total Cook time: 20 min
Total Prep time: 10 min

Directions
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2) Peel the sweet potato

3) Chop up the potato to be the shape of french fries (Note: the thinner you slice them, the quicker they cook... so don't make them paper thin! You have been warned!)
4) Place the "fries" into a galleon sizes ziplock bag
5) Add the garlic powder and cooking oil
6) Best part: Shake!

7) Place fries on an ungreased cookie sheet
8) Bake 10 minutes
9) Flip the fries
10) Bake 10 more minutes
11) Enjoy!
